Yay! We are on the final countdown! Jeff, Savannah, and Harper will be home in less than a week! Everything is still going well in China, and Harper seems to be adjusting and opening up a little. I've gotten to hear her giggle on Skype a couple of times and it's been precious. She makes some of the cutest little faces! It's killing Jeff that she is still only taking bottles and eating baby cereal and congee. He really wants her to eat some REAL food, but has agreed to hold off until she gets home. She did eat a sucker and really enjoyed it. Jeff, as usual, has tried a little bit of everything as far as food. I keep telling him he's going to regret eating from the booths on the street rather than sticking to the restaurants, but he doesn't listen very well. Savannah is staying true to Lucy's.
I have a few more pictures to post. One of them is of Savannah and Judy. We met Judy when we were in Guangzhou for our trip to Ella. We have talked with her on our return trips and she has become a good friend. Jeff and Savannah have had breakfast with her a couple of times this trip and she invited them to come to Church with her on Sunday. She and her husband live on the island and she works in one of the shops.
There is also a picture of a very common sight in China. It's amazing how much can be piled on one bicycle!
As I've mentioned before on the journal, I'm about to lose my mind waiting here at home. I miss Jeff and Savannah very much and I sooooo want my hands on Harper!

What a sweet little smile! I bet you can't wait to get her home!
